III. Business PlanList Item 3
1. Complete the Business Plan

3. Understand: The Business Plan is a mandatory document. It is imperative for your success.

IV. Becoming a REALTOR®List Item 4
CAUTION: Until you complete the required NorthEast Florida Association of Realtors (NEFAR) 2-day orientation, you cannot not order printed material and/or use the term REALTOR® on your webiste and social media. You need to be sworn in to identify yourself as such and use the designation.
"To Do" items in the 30-day checklist are based on the assumption you are a REALTOR®. Once you are a REALTOR® you will have access to two of the four essential tools: MLS and RPR.
